Connecting to eduroam


Connecting to eduroam (Mac)
  1. Click the wireless connection icon at the top right of the desktop screen and select “eduroam” from the list of available networks.
  2. You will be prompted to enter in a username and password.  Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password and then click ‘Join.’


  3. You may be prompted to accept a certificate. Make sure the certificate is for clearpass.kenyon.edu and click ‘Continue’



Connecting to eduroam (Windows)
  1. Click the WiFi icon in the Windows TaskBar and select ‘eduroam.’
  2. Enter in a username and password in the fields provided.  Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password then click OK


  3. Click Connect when prompted.



Connecting to eduroam (iOS)
  1. Go to Settings->WiFi and then click ‘eduroam.’
  2. Enter in a username and password in the fields provided.  Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password then click ‘Join’


  3. After you’ve clicked Join, you will be prompted with a security certificate.  Make sure the certificate reads ‘clearpass.kenyon.edu’ and click Trust.



Connecting to eduroam (Android)
  1. Join eduroam WiFi
  2. Select the ‘CA certificate dropdown’
  3. Select ‘Trust on First Use’ in the CA certificate dropdown
  4. Enter in a username and password in the fields provided.  Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password then click ‘Connect’
  5. You will be prompted ‘Is this network trusted?’, select ‘Yes, connect’ to finish
