Connecting to eduroam
Connecting to eduroam (Mac)
- Click the wireless connection icon at the top right of the desktop screen and select “eduroam” from the list of available networks.
- You will be prompted to enter in a username and password. Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password and then click ‘Join.’
- You may be prompted to accept a certificate. Make sure the certificate is for clearpass.kenyon.edu and click ‘Continue’
Connecting to eduroam (Windows)
- Click the WiFi icon in the Windows TaskBar and select ‘eduroam.’
- Enter in a username and password in the fields provided. Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password then click OK
- Click Connect when prompted.
Connecting to eduroam (iOS)
- Go to Settings->WiFi and then click ‘eduroam.’
- Enter in a username and password in the fields provided. Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password then click ‘Join’
- After you’ve clicked Join, you will be prompted with a security certificate. Make sure the certificate reads ‘clearpass.kenyon.edu’ and click Trust.
Connecting to eduroam (Android)
- Join eduroam WiFi
- Select the ‘CA certificate dropdown’
- Select ‘Trust on First Use’ in the CA certificate dropdown
- Enter in a username and password in the fields provided. Enter your full email address (username@kenyon.edu) and password then click ‘Connect’
- You will be prompted ‘Is this network trusted?’, select ‘Yes, connect’ to finish
